Training

This training method was introduced to Germany from the USA in 1986 and has proven successful ever since. In a kind of private lesson, you learn skydiving quickly and safely. The concept is as simple as it is ingenious: Mastering freefall is the learning objective for the student jumper. How do you achieve this goal fastest? Naturally through freefall jumps, meaning training in the air. Your first jump is a freefall jump from 4000 meters, with a freefall time of about 50 seconds – that corresponds to almost twice the time of ten automatic jumps combined.

The AFF method

Thanks to specially trained AFF instructors, you quickly learn to orient yourself in this new dimension. Together with them, you train body position, turns, forward movement, and flips. If something does not go as planned, your instructors intervene immediately. This gives you both fun and safety, with safety always first.

After the seven progressive performance levels, you consolidate what you learned with solo jumps. Within a short time, your dream becomes reality: you can jump from 4,000 meters and land safely. After three additional jumps from lower altitudes and five coached briefing jumps, you reach your goal after a total of 23 manual jumps and can take the skydiving license exam.
