How long is the voucher valid?+
Your voucher is valid until 31 December of the third year following purchase – so there's plenty of time to jump.
Can I personalise the voucher?+
Yes. During checkout you can optionally add the recipient's name, which then appears on the voucher.
How do I receive the voucher?+
You order online and transfer the amount using the bank details in the confirmation email. Once payment arrives we email you the voucher – ideal as a last-minute gift too.
When can the voucher be redeemed?+
The recipient simply arranges a preferred date via our booking page or by emailing tandem@fsc-suedpfalz.de.
Is a tandem skydive a good gift idea?+
Yes – a tandem skydive is an experience gift people genuinely remember: around 50 seconds of freefall from about 4,000 metres above the Südpfalz. As the voucher is valid for three years, the recipient can pick a date at their own pace.
Does the voucher work as a last-minute gift?+
Yes. You can order online at any time. Once your payment arrives we email you the voucher – print it at home or give it digitally. With a prompt bank transfer this usually works even shortly before the occasion.
Which occasions suit a tandem skydive voucher?+
For every occasion where a standard present would be too boring: Christmas, birthdays, Valentine's Day, Father's and Mother's Day, a passed exam or an anniversary. With three years of validity the jump fits into any schedule.
